Web project management
When you choose Metaweb as your online solutions provider, an experienced Program Manager will work with you to understand and document your requirements so we’ll all be on the same page. Then we’ll develop the project schedule and manage it using transparent Agile Project Management principles that provide regular progress reports. The project schedule will spell out the details in plain language with clear timelines, major milestones, dependencies and deliverables. Metaweb will manage the entire project from inception to completion. After the project is complete we like to run a PIR (Project in Review) session so each party can share views on how it all went and how we could do it better next time. This is a fun session and we have found that both parties gain a lot out of it!
